A report in January of 2010 said that U.S. home loan delinquencies are above 10% for the first time. If ongoing foreclosures were included, it reached up to 13%.
Another report issued by Lender Processing Services, Inc., estimates that more than 7.2 million mortgage loans are behind on payments and that at least 1 million properties are owned by the bank.
